The Show Changes feature is useful when you need cell-specific edit history to find the target edits. You can easily access this feature either from the Review tab or the Context Menu. Before going to the main task, let’s say I have the “Inventory and Supplier Management” file on Excel Online, where Sheet1 (inventory) and Sheet2 (supplier delivery performance) exist.

This method provides a snapshot of all edits rather than a specific cell. Also, you can restore a version if needed. To do these, you can use the Version History feature available in Excel Online. This option could be accessed from either the Review tab or the File tab.
